Hi, all!
With Firefox 61.0.1 on accessing fpgasoftware.intel.com, my account isn't detected, so I can't any FPGA tools including Quartus Prime.
I clicked page's right upper side "Sign In", & input my account and password and clicked "Sign In" button, but page didn't returns any response.
How can I login to fpgasoftware.intel.com and download Quartus Prime?
Thanks.

I managed to work around this by going to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/download-center.html , loggin in there and selecting a download link. This redirected me to fpgasoftware.intel.com while still keeping me logged in.

Thank you for your reply, TSchm.
I tried your way, and I could log in to intel.com, but at the moment when redirected to fpgasoftware.intel.com, drove out from fpgasoftware.intel.com and page didn't returns any response to my log in request...

Hi,
Use the following link,
https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/
Actually it is redirection issue, Check screen shot & click on that link in your case.
Let me know if this has helped resolve the issue you are facing or if you need any further assistance.
Best Regards

Admittedly there also were a lot of intermittent failures yesterday - I kept trying over the entire day until I finally succeeded. At some point fpgasoftware.intel.com would not even resolve on DNS, making you wonder whether Intel have published the DNS entry early enough to propagate through the entire DNS.
The specific method I mentioned worked for me on my first attempt. But then of course I didn't try again, so I don't know if that was pure luck. Maybe it also depended somehow on something I've done during the earlier attempts.
Good luck m_taka! (and I presume Intel will have the resources to sort this out rather soonish)

I needed to download some more files, this time on Windows (7) using Internet Explorer. The method described above again worked at the first attempt (while going directly to fpgasoftware.intel.com again did not).

Hi @Abe ,
Would you be so kind and also provide direct links to download Quartus Subscription Edition 13.0sp1? I need that version for its support of Cyclone II and Stratix III, but the download center isn't letting me log in (the login request times out with "504 Gateway Time-out", I think this is still the same issue others had 4 months ago...). I tried multiple times and I wasn't able to make it work. Thank you!

Hi @Abe
Could you please share the altera link for the Linux version Quartus Prime Lite 16.1? It's Quartus-lite-16.1.0.196-linux.tar on the busted fpgasoftware.intel site. I know it's been a while on this thread but I really appreciate any help.
Thanks for your time.

Also, if you have any info on the other products, I really need to download the corresponding version of Intel SoC FPGA Embedded Development Suite for Linux - Soc EDS 16.1 for Linux.
Thanks again.
