I am attempting to get the no cost license for questa starter edition so I can run functional simulations in Quartus Prime Lite. but at the sslc the free/evaluation section is empty as well as the license assistant chat function
Welcome to Intel forum. Could you help clear your web browsers cache/temporary internet files (if possible, shutdown your PC and restart back) and sign back to SSLC (https://licensing.intel.com/eval-free-licenses ) using Google chrome and see how things go.
