There's an IP Core?
Is to build it to 96 inputs and 96 outputs, audio applications with high performance with 0 latency and the highest possible audio resolution.

Hi,
Unfortunately we don't have any IP that support your requirement for now. You may visit Arduino Website to check the design availability that matches your protocol. Anyways, I have attached a RocketBoard link where I think it maybe useful for you.

The link you provided is a project to add audio support incompatible with newer versions of Quartus. To do a better understanding of what I want.
I will use an external DSP chip, external ADC/ADC a external TDM to usb codec. The FPGA will act as crosspoint/crossbar switch between them . And decomultiplex/multiplex TDM streams to the chip.

Hi,
Good day to you.
Apologies but we don't have an IP that supports your requirement at the moment, at least not that I know of.
