I understand that there are two ways to generate pof.

1) Quartus Tool: Compile (Running Assembler)

2) Quartus Tool: running Convert Programming Files

1)The checksums of the pof generated in and the pof generated in 2) do not match. If you want the pof of 1) and 2) to be the same, you need to set the option. Is it possible?

1)I think the pof option setting in is as follows.

2)It does not appear to be identical to the option settings in. How is it tied?

In the Assignments menu > Device > Device and Pin Options > Configuration category
