Does quartus9.1 web edition support pci-e hard core in cyclone-iv?

Hi: 

 

Our team want to design a PCIe board use cyclone-iv. Does quartus9.1 web edition provide all resources we need, or we must buy the quartus9.1?

yes, you can use web edition for CIVGX using the PCIe hardware IP block.
