Eclipse for Nios II applications cannot create BSP

When creating a new Nios II application and BSP from Template in Eclipse for a Qsys project, I tell the wizard where the SOPC infor files are, give the program a name, tell it I want a Blank Project, and ask the program to create a new BSP based on the application project template. After clicking "Finish", I get an error that the program failed to create a the project: "Failed to execute: ./create-this-bsp --cpu-name nios2_qsys --no-make". I need to create this Nios II application for an SD Card interface. I'm using Quartus 14.1, a DE0-Nano board (the SD Card slot has been soldered to a header and put on GPIO pins), and Windows 7.
