Each time I create a new project and finish creating it I get the error. Please help. The error reads:

Can you try this method recommended by the community https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Quartus-Prime-Software/Quartus-II-13-0-1-access-violation-error/m-p/1364514#M72715 . Quartus 13.0 was a very old version, most of the issues have been fixed in the newer version. You may also try newer version of Quartus if you are not targeting a specific device.
