Hello everyone,
I am having problems to generate the SEU FIT Report, I am using a Cyclone V family FPGA and from what I have seen it is necessary to use Quartus Prime Standard to be able to generate this report for this type of boards.
That is why I have acquired a license to use this version of Quartus and generate the report, then I followed the steps indicated in this post:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683869/current/enabling-the-projected-seu-fit-by-component.html
However, after writing the assignments in the .qsf and compiling the design it does not generate any type of report.
The highlighted line in the attached image indicates that a SEU license must be installed, does it refer to the Quartus Prime Standard license or is it another one?

Yes, you need a license to generate SEU FIT report.

Hi Farabi,
What is the part number for the license for SEU FIT report?
I have SW-ONE-QUARTUS license that was purchased via the distributor SHI.
Is SHI still your authorized distributor for North America?
Can I get a quote to purchase the required license to run an SEU FIT report on a CPLD design targeting the 10M02SCE144A7G device?
Thank you!
