How to find Quartus II 8.1 generated FSM file?

I am now trying to implement optimization algorithms on finite state machine (FSM). Generating a FSM in maybe kiss2 format is the first step. After synthesizing with Quartus II 8.1, bunch of *.RPT, *.HDB, *.QMSG and *.TDF files are generated in work directory. Is it possible to find out the FSM description file or state transition file? :confused: Really need help from you smart guys!
