I've been trying for three days now to download 'Quartus II Web Edition' from the Altera Download section without success.
1) Registering works fine, but logout/login gives a 'wrong password' error. I've tried 4 times now, making very sure that the password is correct. But the error remains.
2) When asking for a password reset, I do get a mail but it always contains the password 'ERR-502'. It looks like an error, and it also does not work.
3) Registering without login out (so I don't have to retype my password) and going directly to the download page gives a strange web page with authentication errors.
So, my simple question: Is there a way to get 'Quartus II Web Edition' ?
Is there some other way to get to it, without going through the download pages ?
