How to use IEEE 1735 encryption on a design with Cyclone V ?

As a matter of fact : IEEE 1735 encryption only available on Quartus Prime Pro Edition but Cyclone V only available on Standard Edition and lite Edition. How do i proceed ?

10. Q: How do I purchase a license with netlist encryption capabilities?

A. Please contact your local sales for more purchase information.

 

Basically, there are tools call amplics. If you cannot get it from your local sales, let us know we will use email communication base on this.
