I am working on a FPGA project.i am facing issue using a bidirectional port.

I have a rst port which is bidirectional .I want to drive rst and want its output on tdo which is an output port.i have set rst to z but how to drive the rst as an input port .i want to just edit test bench to have this behavoiur which i want to get.Capture.PNG
