Hi my name is Genaro. 

I have a problem with my Quartus II, four months ago,  

download my Quartus Version 13 and two days ago  

I open the program but seconds later it closed again  

someone can tell me to what is this about and i as correct.

have you tried reinstalling? 

What OS are you using?

if you try reinstalling it four times and still the same, I returned two more times to download the page and do so. 

And me OS is windows 10 and try to 8.1 and it is the same

Is Quartus 13 even supported in Windows 8.1 or 10?
