Anyone ever seen this error before?
Internal Error: Sub-system: FIOMGR, File: /quartus/fitter/fiomgr/fiomgr_io_manager.cpp, Line: 1126 An IO is trying to be removeed from the IO manager, but it is not legal to be removed from the given location. Like it says its an internal error/crash. Have you tried Q11sp1?

No, the design was well underway and contains a complex SOPC Builder system. I have no desire to migrate it to Qsys at this stage in the project.
The fix turned out to be blowing away the DB folders and building from scratch.
