Jtag problem

I have a SOPC design which is run on win XP+Quartus 9.1+modelsim 6.1 SE and when I use jtag command on modelsim the jtag window opens without any problem.but using the same design file and regenerating it by win7+quartus 10+modelsim altera 6.5e the jtag window doesn't open.. I mean suddenly opens and closes with an error that I can't see it. 

I used hello word example and the same problem existed..could anyone help? thanks PS: by the help of screenshot,could read the error message: 'nios2-terminal' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file   PS2: I recompiled the generated quartus 10.0 sopc files by modelsim se 6.1 but the problem didn't solved it shows that there is somthing wrong with Quartus Sopc 10.0..!!! :confused:

Isn't there any one used quartus 10.0 and Jtaga interactive stimulus window?

i have the same problem with win7+quartus10sp1+modelsim6.6c SE

this problem occurs when I choose:"create modelsim alias to open an interactive stimulus/response window" in the Jtag properties.and there is no problem when "create modelsim alias to open a window showing output as ASCII text" is chosen. I think this must be a programing bug,because using quartus 9.1 I hadn't such this problem.
