MegaWizard Plugins in Quartus Lite 18.1

I have designed a logic circuit in Quartus Lite 18.1 and I`d like to make it a primitive so that I could use it in my designs. How do I do that properly?

On the Internet I have found many references to the tool called MegaWizard, which seems to be doing just what I need, shipped with Quartus Lite. However, the Tools menu in my Quartus install lacks the proper item.

Where should I look for that MegaWizard tool?
