Nios II EDS

Hello @ all, 

I tried to get started with the Nios II EDS Eclipse. Unfortunately I can´t use it because under window - perspective there is no Nios entry I can choose. In the thread http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23011&highlight=perspective 

I saw that I have to run as adminsitrator. Where do I find this option? I cannot find this option in Nios II EDS. 

It would be very nice to get help.

Hi Spitzinger, 

 

The "Run as administrator" option here is for Windows 7 and not for NIOS II EDS. You did not write about the OS on which you installed EDS. If it is Vista/7, then Run as Administrator is a standard option to exercise.
