Open Questa via Quartus failed

Hi

Im use Quartus prime pro 23.3

i tried to run simulation via Quartus
Tools -> Launch simulation library compiler
and i fill the "executable location" of the Questa 23.3
and i gen an error message "specify the simulation tool executable location"
see the attached pic
