Optimization Challenge

Hello, 

Pls do you know how i can stop the Quartus compiler from optimizing my code during synthesis? Am designing a ring oscillator and seems to me the compiler is optimizing the design to a single Inverter. Where in the Quartus tool can it be disabled?
