Dear,
Customer has bought PL-USB2-BLASTER and found the USB port is not recognized by the USB port and cannot be used.
This is first time to use, probably due to an initial defect.
Regarding the driver, customer has tried it with the same product they purchased before this one and it worked fine, and the driver was fine.
Please help to verify and advise if this considerate defect.

Have customer tested the USB blaster on another PC?
How many USB blaster is showing the same behaviour?
