Preserve Registers logic option

Hello, 

I am new to quartus II 9.1.Can anyone tell me where to turn on Preserve Register Logic option in assignment editor.Thanks in advance.:)

Thank you so much for your response.I think i have got the solution i have directly edited .qsf file and set the preserve_register on.Thanks again for your help.
