Problems after upgrading to 15.0

Anyone else have problems with compilation after upgrading to aoc version 15.0? With my PCIe385n_a7 board ever since I upgraded, I haven't been able to successfully complete a hardware compilation. It succeeds through the .aoco creation, however I get the error "Error: Compiler Error, not able to generate hardware" after a few hours.

The error in the quartus_sh_compile.log is

Error: Found too many kernel_pll.v files. Please delete your Qsys generated files and regenerate.

Error (293007): Current module quartus_cdb ended unexpectedly
