Program CFI Flash Memory Devices with command line?

Hello, 

 

I have a question I would program a CFI Flash Memory Device with a .pof file over the command line?! I dont know what the command for the flash it?! The normal cmd command for a CPLD is for example: 

 

quartus_pgm.exe -c "USB-Blaster [USB-4]" -m jtag -o p;"\boot_cpld_20110203.pof"@2 

 

But I want program a flash memory from a CPLD...anyone can help me? Is a another tool required?
