Programming the CFM on DE10-Lite board directly

I could not find instructions on DE10-Lite board on how to program its CFM directly so that program stays in the flash memory and gets loaded on the next power up.

Ironically, its manual refers to Chapter 8 and the manual has only 5 chapter!!

Recent manual of 2020 has chapter 6 CFM programming.
