Quartus II Internet settings

Hi All, 

 I just installed Quartus II Web Edition, the first time that I open the application works, however there was a message saying that I do not have internet connection when I do have. I checked on the Internet Options the capability to check upon run the updates. Since I did that, every time that I run the Quartus II the application stay forever in the logo. I was wondering if there is a way to un-check that option by command line  Juan

I am using subscription version and also notice the same message. I just ignore it and proceed. Probably you might want to try reinstallation.

This is for the altera feedback. This cannot be turned off in the web edition but can be unselected for the subscription edition.
