Quartus & ModelSim on Free System

Hello, 

 

I am looking for the easiest way to use Quartus and ModelSim on free system (Linux, Unix, other OS, any) - There is only one condition - free system. 

 

What version of Quartus and ModelSim should I use? And what system?
