Hi,
We (Iowa State University) were using a 50 seat altera license for Quartus Prime. It is now expired and I am having serious issues with your website sending me around in circles. I was able to get into the self licesning portal, however I need 50 floating licenses not just 1 tied to a hardware address. Please end me a link or present a way to contact with a real person. I have a support ticket open for the last 2 weeks, however I have no way to get back to the ticket as the links in the email don't actually go back to the ticket.
Ticket 05502102
Thanks
