Quartus Standard Ampcrypt/Amplic encryption tools

I'm looking to use Quartus Standard with an encrypted custom IP core file, and I've seen mentions of Ampcrypt/Amplic tools in other posts which should enable this. How would I access these tools? Is there any publicly available information, or a way to download them?

You may find the answer in below:

- Files encrypted with IEEE 1735 cannot be read into a design for use with Quartus Prime Standard?

Answer: That is correct, IEEE 1735 only support in Quartus Pro.

- The device support table here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/design-software/devices-support.html#stratix%C2%AEseries is up to date?

Answer: That is correct, it is up to date

- Could you confirm that Quartus Prime Standard must be used to build binary files for Stratix IV/V devices, and that Quartus Prime Pro cannot be used?

Answer: I can confirm that.

- Could you confirm that there is no way to use IEEE 1735 encrypted files in a design targeting a Stratix IV/V device, since only Quartus Prime Pro supports IEEE 1735 encryption/decryption, and only Quartus Prime Standard supports building binaries for Stratix IV/V devices?

Answer: Yes, you cannot use it for StratixIV/V devices. This IEEE 1735 encrypted is only for Quartus Pro edition.
