Quartus ii internal error

Trying to run a waveform which has previously ran before. I did not modify anything and had other waveforms run as well. Here is the error I am receiving:

Does this happen during fitting? 

How does you are able to pass the flow previously? 

Can you try to delete the qdb and rerun the compilation and see if it works?

Can you try to compile it in latest Quartus version of the device and see if it able to pass the flow?
