Quartus internal bus tool

I have heard from my supervisor that there is an internal bus tool in Quarters, but I do not know the name and ask him here. 

 I heard that there is a program called 'chip scope' in Xilinx for the same function.  Anyway, I'm wondering about the internal bus tool and how to use it in Quartus.  I would appreciate your help.

Signaltap is Altera's equivalent of Chipscope.
