Quartus "Current Strength" Compiled, Recompiled

Im using Quartus 8 and Cyclone II (DE1 dev board).

Encoutered a problem with some data corruption on input of bi-directional bus.

Data bus require to operate at LVTTL 3.3 standard.

What im trying to do is lower current strength from default 24mA to lets say 12mA. When i tried to compile it at first time I get Critical Warring: Unable to update property "Current Strength" of node "ddata13". I just ignored that and do nothing in between with project - when compiled second time Critical Warring disappears. There is no trace

of omitting update on current strength in logs.

Either Pin Planner and Assigment Editor indicate all the time that "Current Strength" properity is enabled.

Do I need to worry if current strengths properity was updated or was somehow suppressed, omitted ?.

Thanks in advance for response.
