QuartusProgrammerSetup-22.1std.1.917-windows failing to install USB Blaster II drivers on Win11

Hello,

While installing QuartusProgrammerSetup-22.1std.1.917-windows on Win11, the final step of installing Device Driver Installation Wizards reports that "Install Failed". Please see attachments.

Any help with resolving this issue would be appreciated.

These are OS Details:
OS Name    Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise
Version    10.0.22000 Build 22000
Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3192 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)

That might happened when you perform any operation that invokes a Windows File dialog, such as File > Open.
