I am using Quartus II v 10.0 for Linux. When I run the SOPC Builder, create a new NIOS Processor, go to Custom Instructions and hit the "Import" button, the whole SOPC Builder hangs. I tried this on two different machines and I always have the same problems.
Do you know a workaround? Is this going to be fixed?Link Copied

OK, found a workaround: there is no need to use the "import" button in the "custom instructions" page of the Nios II CPU. One can just create the custom instruction as a custom component from the main window and later "add" it in the custom instructions page of the CPU.
