USB blaster for Windows 8

I am using Windows 8, Quartus II and Stratix IV GX. I tried to install USB Blaster it system is throwing an error. Error => "the hash for the file is not present in the specified catalog file". In Windows 7 PC it is working properly. How I can rectify this error?
