Hi
What licensing problems are you facing?
Problem may be because
1. License may be expired.
2. May be Licenses setup issues.
3. Update the Quartus version and license file not updated.
Depending on when your license file expires, you may need a new license file to use the new version of the software
1. Which license(Fixed license or Floating license) you have used?
If you use Fixed license ->Regenerate the license and try.
If you use Floating license ->Check the environment variables.
If it does not solves the problem.
You can contact the FAE or raise a ticket

License is not expired.
License works when I use Quartus 17
Fails when I use Quartus 16.1
License path is setup to point to the file
