can not install quartus 7.2

I have just downloaded quartus II 7.2. It is exe file. When i double-click on this software, a black screen appear in few seconds and then nothing else happen. There is a notice that "A temporary file needed for initialization could not be created or could not be written to". I dont know why it happen because i have tried to install this file to another PC and it's OK. Is there anything wrong with my PC?  

Please help !!!

I think i have got enough HDD (40GB).

Could also be an issue of insufficient user rights.
