Hi,
I bought floating license Intel Quartus Prime Standard 18.1 two years ago and it supported one-year maintenance. Our maintenance is expiry, but the we do not need maintenance.
I remember we still could use the license even the maintenance was expiry one year later after we bought the license.
But now there is issue when I compile my project, I got "current license file does not contain a valid license for encrypted file", encrypted file is for Triple-Speed Ethernet. Though I can see the license, and I can see that the status of the license is permanent (see the attachment),
We tried also to upgrade our license server to v11.18.2, but it did not help.
Anyone know the reason?
By the way, my pc has windows 10.
Any response/reply is appreciated.
With best wishes
Mingyuexin

I see the private message, but I could not apply there successfully.
I got "Authentification Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication. "
