how to convert hexout to sof or pof

hi, 

i have a hexout output file for a max3000a epm3128a programmable logic device, and how do you convert the hexout file to something that can be used to program my flash eeprom? 

 

the original hexout file is from download.

Perhaps you could describe your setup for us. 

The MAX3000 is an EPLD and does not require a Configuration PROM so what is the FLASH EEPROM you wish to program?
