how to download quartus 18.1 for windows?

Hi, I've been trying to download quartus from the site:

https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/?edition=lite

But when i click to download I am routed to a log in screen, after I enter my user and password I go to the following address the tab is called SAML 2.0 Auto post then a while later I get a gateway time out. Is there a way to around this problem?

Hi,

For Intel Quartus 18.1 lite edition for windows,please refer link below, if you face any issue, try with different browsers like Chrome, IE, Mozilla Firefox etc.
