loading .elf file problem

HI, 

 

I try to run a NIOS II project under the tool Nios II Software Build Tools for Eclipse of Quartus, after i build the project ,the target is succflly connected, 

when i run the project it me desplay the following error <<Downloading ELF Process failed>>.
