quartus 9.1 use too much hard disk space

my quartus use too much hard disk space-nearly 37Gbyte.  

 in the e:\altera\91\quartus\bin64 file folder:   mega_alt2gxb_reconfigq.exe 's size is 2Gbyte. mega_alt2gxb_reconfig.exe 's size is 2Gbyte. jtagserver.exe 's size is 2Gbyte. dmf_ver.exe 's size is 2Gbyte. cbx_altfpc.exe 's size is 2Gbyte.   in the E:\altera\91\quartus\bin64\jre64\bin file folder:   unpack200.exe  jusched.exe 's size is 2Gbyte. jucheck.exe 's size is 2Gbyte. jbroker.exe 's size is 2Gbyte. javaws.exe 's size is 2Gbyte. javaw.exe 's size is 2Gbyte. java.exe 's size is 2Gbyte.   i don't know the rules of these files. are they viruses. can i delete them?

Well I don't use the 64-bit version. But the 32-bit version is around 6GB. Are you sure those numbers are correct? By the way all of those last files are java. They are not viruses.

something is certainly off, some of those files should only be 200 kB.
