quartus_stp JTAG question

Hi, 

I am using quartus_stp JTAG 

When I enter a command: 

device_virtual_ir_shift < parameters> 

I get back a number: 

131072 

 

and not zero, 

Meaning I have a problem 

How can I know what is the problem?

Hi, 

When I burnt .POF file instead of .SOF, problem is solved .. don't know why
