I need to instal Quartus II 9.1 on linux, and I get this error when I run "install"

All those files listed are actually there, so I don't know what the issue is. Please advise.

do "csh install"

somebody help me please .. I'm with the same problem .. I tried to do "csh install", "sh install", "./install" .. and nothing til now .. :(
