using system console via command line options on linux

Hello Intel

I am using system console GUI on my linux box to run a TCl script and once its loaded i click on buttons to perform various actions to FPGA connected over USB blaster

what I am looking for is command line option to achieve same things what i am doing with GUI. We want to automate things on linux box so that it can open system console, load TCL script, "click" on buttons, and close console. this automation will be inside parent scripts which decides when to open /close console and perform actions with system console.

is there any documentation which explains how system console can be operated completely using command line in linux?

thanks
