Can't open BTS for cyclone V SOC develipment kit

Hi,

I can't use the BTS for cyclone V soc development kit.

The same issue as the link described:

Board Test System not working - Intel Communities

My system is :

Win 11

Quartus Prime 22.1 LTS

kit 14.1

When I double click the BTS, only the brand showed up and nothing more.

Hi,

In this link there lists some solution:

1. Re-install The Application;
2. Check Quartus version, OS version use and error info from new reinstall apps.
3. Uninstalled Newly released Quartus and installed old version. 

Could you please check if these solutions work or not on your device?

Please try downloading Quartus Standard edition Version 17.0 Programmer standalone installation package
