Can you please tell me what additional testing may have been done on Intel PN EP2S30F484I4AB? I had been informed previously that the AB suffix was added when additional qualification was done.

Intel FPGA devices with additional suffix eg: EP2S30F484I4AB is for specific customer request testing, hence sorry to tell you that we do not have the information on the additional testing.

 

You are recommended to buy the general OPN in the link below. Also, you won't be able to find the OPN with 'AB' suffix as it was for specific customer request only.
