SoC EDS Standard Edition Installer not found

Hi, I can't find any EDS SoC installers for both Windows and Linux at Design Tools and Software.
The results are the same as the image below.

Is this product discontinued? If so, is there any alternative software?

You can still use the available source from rocketboards as reference, there is no alternative software available for now:
