Hello,

we are using mkpimage in our bootloader build process :

"$(SOCEDS)"/host_tools/altera/mkpimage/mkpimage

 

As soceds is deprecated, where can mkpimage be found now ?

Remark : we build on Windows and SOCEDS=C:\intelFPGA\20.1\embedded

In newer version of quartus there is a new build flow for the bootloader.

You could refer to the link in our RocketBoard pages on the new flow.

Sorry, I did not receive notifications when you replied to this thread.

So it seems now we need to install the whole Yocto build environment just to convert our bootloader to the correct format. This seems really a big thing compared to mkpimage binary alone .
