Is there any way to perform access control through Intel SGX capabilities.
I was reading this: "Secure & Privacy-Preserving Collaborative Data Analytics" https://wikihub.berkeley.edu/download/attachments/129697277/Helio-Research-IT.pdf?version=1&modificationDate=1464304575479&api=v2
The slide 6, 7 has user control policy and I wonder how the access control could be implemented using SGX when we don't trust the operating system.

The way I remember it is that the access control policy is specified for data that exists solely in encrypted form for use within SGX. I'm happy to discuss access control more on the Runtime Encryption Slack channel: https://fortanix.com/community/
