Generating key for Protected Code Loader

Hello,

I am looking at the SGX PCL for Linux Users Guide and am working on understanding the PCL example in the new SDK download.  I think this may be useful.  I don't understand how the key (.bin) file is generated.  A "debug_KEY.bin" file is provided.  I see in the Users Guide that it is apparently generated by the ISV (which would be me for research purposes).  I don't see any explanation of how this is done.  Can I generate a key and provide my own secure way of sending it to the platform without an Intel license for research purposes?

Thanks in advance.
